Dispatch Times:
We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed unless otherwise stated. Purchases made on weekends and or VIC Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via the email entered at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We hope that you enjoy your purchase from MOONGLADE BEAUTY.
You are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date, however, all products returned must be in a new, unused, unopened condition and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. Our team will then inspect the item and get in contact with you promptly.
If approved, a store credit will be provided to you for the amount of the returned item minus the shipping cost.
